How does shipping and delivery work?
Once an order is placed, our team will carefully pick up your order and pack them. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick up and pack your order.
Once this is done you will receive a tracking code to follow you order. This can be filled in the Track Order section of our website.
All orders are shipped separately when they contain different products. Different variants of the same product will be shipped all at once for your convenience.
I ordered several products in a single order but only received part of the order, why?

How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 1 - 3 business days.
Shipping times vary based on your country, holiday periods and the product of your choice. In general however, shipping takes 6 - 13 days.
What are the costs of shipping?
We ship all orders with tracked standard shipping €4,95.
Orders above €50 include free shipping.
The product is out of stock, what can I do?
We understand how disappointing it can be when your desired item is unavailable. But fear not! You can always reach us using our contact page. We'll contact you as soon as we have the desired products available. It's like having your own personal inventory tracking assistant!
What payment methods are supported?
We accept iDEAL, Paypal and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
At Bella Amsterdam we understand the importance of safety and transparency. All orders will be provided with an order number. We have developed an order tracking service for you for all your orders and returns.
Returns / Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We apply a 30 day return policy, you must send it back to us and you are responsible for covering the postage costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one free of charge.
I received the wrong order, what do I do?
This has fortunately not yet happened, but if it does, send the item(s) in the original packaging back to us, we'll make sure you receive the correct one(s)!
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel within 12 hours of your order being placed, let us know the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it using the contact page. If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then send it back to us. Once it is sent back to us we will refund you.
